Description

In an ancient and colourful annual Royal Pageant on the River Thames dating back to the Tudor Kings of England, the Thames swans and their cygnets are caught and counted for the Crown. This beautiful souvenir of England features these magnificent water birds, the lush shires of the Thames, the locks and weirs, and how the environement is preserved and maintained.  Narrated by Michael Sheard.
